Please note that
official rank does not imply any particular role while in-game.
While in-game we have a Field Commanding Officer (CO) and a Field
Executive Officer (XO). Any player can be a Field CO regardless of
rank, and it is up to the the Field CO whether or not to appoint a
Field XO (although this is recommended). The in-game duties of
these two roles are outlined in the table below:
