A Platoon
Commander (Capt)
The
Platoon Commander is ultimately responsible for the organization
and success of the platoon consisting of 2 or more squads and AA
Boot Camp. Assigning members to Squads, Awarding all promotions as
recommended by Squad Commanders, enforcing the Rules & Bylaws of
SG, and the ultimate authority of all Squad "Strats". All
promotions must have the approval of the Platoon Commander, as
well as all medals awarded. The Platoon Commander has final
authority for the entire AA Portal.
Platoon XO -
(First Sgt)
Assists with
the operations of the Platoon under the guidance and direction of
the Platoon Commander. Act on the Company Commanders behalf in
event of his absence. Assist with assigning members to Squads,
supervision of squad Commanders as applicable, developing "Strat"
with input from Squad Commanders and subordinates, chiefly
responsible for the efficient running of AA Bootcamps. Including
Staff and Recruits, Enforcing the Rules & Bylaws Acts of SG, Act
as Chief Recruiting Officer for the AA Portal. Assisting with the
staffing of the squads, completing specific delegated activities
including acknowledgement of official events. Recommends staff for
promotions (Master Sergeant and below) and medals.
Squad Commander - (2LT)
Controls and commands 10-12 members in combat operations, under
the direction of the platoon FSG and CO.The Squad Commander is
responsible for his conduct and performance of his squad when
engaged in matches. All combat responsibilities for his section
falls under the Squad Commanders Role. Scheduling Official Squad
Matches, enforcing the Rules and Charter of SG and approving all
Squad “Strats”. Manages and monitors squad member participation.
Assist in the recruiting process. Recommend promotions and the
awarding of medals for personnel up to the rank of SFC.
Experience, strong communications, enforcing discipline and
demonstrated strategic skills are required for this role.
Squad XO - (Sgt
First Class)
Assists the Squad Commander as required when engaged in official
matches and Squad practices.
Administratively, the Sgt First Class assigns roles to each of his
Section members; manages and monitors their participation;;
assists with developing, distributes, and directs "Strats" ,
adhering to and enforcing in subordinates the Rules & Bylaws of
SG; recommends staff for promotions (SSG and below) and medals;
reprimands staff who violate the Rules & Bylaws of SG. Experience,
strong communications, enforcing discipline and demonstrated
strategic skills are required for this role.
Team Leader
(Staff Sgt)
Assist with
providing supervision for their Sections. The Team Leader is
command of a fireteam. Their responsibilities include must be
capable of fulfilling all of the duties of the Sgt First Class and
assist with everything related to their squad that occurs during
the mission.
Administratively, the Team Leader assists his Sgt First Class with
developing, distributing, and directing "Strats" , adhering to and
enforcing in subordinates the Rules & Bylaws of SG; recommends
staff for promotions (Sergeant and below) and medals; reprimands
staff who violate the Rules & Bylaws of SG. Experience, strong
communications, and demonstrated sound tactical skills are
required for this role.
Team Leader
(Sgt)
The
Sgt must be capable of fulfilling all of the duties of the Staff
Sgt. Adhere to and enforce in subordinates the Rules & Bylaws of
SG; These will usually be the players with the most participation,
understands and contributes to the execution of "Strats", serve as
a role model for all AA members and demonstrates excellent
tactical and communication skills during combat operations.
Team Members -
(Cpl, PFC, Pvt)
The
Team Members will consist of support weapons (SAW, 203, Sniper) or
M16A2. Team members responsibilities include: ensuring that all
practices and matches are attended when possible. Fulfill duties
of Team Leaders if required. A high personal standard of gameplay
is conducted at all times. Ensures the Rules & Bylaws of SG are
followed at all times. Ensure Squad "Strats" and adhered to and
conducted at all times.
